As a CT licensed naturopathic physician, I was trained to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic conditions. No single approach is good for each patient. The tools I use include personalized diet plans, nutritional counseling, vitamin and mineral support, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, lifestyle coaching, and wellness education. For a list of conditions I frequently treat, click here.
My educational background includes my doctorate from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bridgeport, CT, one of the six nationally accredited naturopathic medical schools in the country, with additional training from the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy. Prior to earning my doctorate, I attended Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, CT (my hometown) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion Sciences with a concentration in Wellness Management.
I am a member of the
Connecticut Association of Naturopathic Physicians
I work and live in the beautiful state of Connecticut. Outside the office I enjoy spending time making my house a home for my sons and traveling with my husband David. My family and friends mean the world to me and I try to take advantage of every second I am able to spend with them. I do my best to live a naturopathic life including eating clean, getting plenty of sunshine, and using hydrotherapy techniques on a daily basis.
Reach out to me with questions, I want to be a part of your health care team.
